Elkészítés
Előmelegítjük a sütőt 130 C fokra és sütőpapírral kibélelünk egy tepsit.
Összekeverjük az összes hozzávalót, majd a masszát egyenletesen szétterítjük a tepsiben. Kb. 15 -20 percig sütjük, amíg aranybarna nem lesz, félidőben megfordítjuk. Kivesszük a sütőből, és hagyjuk kihűlni, majd fogyasztjuk, amíg még ropogós vagy üvegbe tesszük és napokig eláll a szekrényben.
Én joghurttal szeretem enni, és a tetejére még teszek gyümölcsöt is. Vagy csak ropogósan megeszem, olyankor jó ha vannak benne nagyobb darabok, amelyek egymáshoz tapadnak.
