Elkészítés
A quinoát előre megfőzzük, hogy legyen ideje kihűlni. Akár előző nap is el lehet készíteni. Ha többet főzünk belőle, akkor pedig akár reggelire is elkészíthető valamilyen formában.
A zöldségeket, fűszernövényeket felkockázzuk, illetve apróra vágjuk, majd hozzáadjuk a quinoához, de addig nem keverjük össze, amíg az öntetet el nem készítjük és rá nem öntjük.
Az öntet hozzávalóit beletesszük egy kis üvegbe és jól összerázzuk, mielőtt ráöntenénk a salátára megkóstoljuk, hogy elég jók –e az arányok, pl kell –e még bele só.
Ráöntjük az öntetünket a salátára és jól összedolgozzuk az alapanyagokat, hogy jusson mindenhova minden.
Végül rászórjuk az áfonyát.
Ha nem hús, vagy valamilyen grill étel mellé esszük, akkor beletölthetjük salátalevélbe (római, jégsaláta) és úgy is fogyaszthatjuk.
