Elkészítés

Előmelegítjük a sütőt 200 C fokra. Durván 3 x 3 cm-es darabokra tépkedjük a káposztaleveleket.

Beletesszük egy edénybe és hozzáadjuk az olajat és a sót, jól belemasszírozzuk, hogy mindenhol bevonja. 

Ezután szétteregetjük egy tepsiben és 5-10 percig sütjük, amíg ropogósra nem pirulnak.

Forrón, de akár hidegen is fogyaszthatjuk. Készíthetünk hozzá valamilyen mártogatóst is.
