Consultation
Our conversations are always private, we meet personally or online. First of all, I assess your health status. Based on the results I suggest a direction, then we decide if we’d like, if we can work together. If so, we can reach the goal together in approximately 6 months. Of course, throughout this period you would realize changes constantly. At the end of the process I won’t disband my customers: you can ask for a consultation whenever you feel like you’re stuck.

Everyone is unique. We think and live differently, with different preferences and expectations. However, many people at some point start to feel the need of change to reach mental and physical health. But most of them don’t know exactly what to change and how. Others do know what they want, but they stall halfway, they chuck up the sponge and it is always hard for them to restart. I’m here to help you to start your journey, and I’ll be there for you till you reach your goals, till you get to the personal renewal.
I’m not a doctor or a medical professional and I do not make diagnoses. But then again, I can show you the right way to sleep better, to reduce stress, to lose fat, to modify your eating habits and to be able to make changes that, at the end of the day, will lead you to a balanced and happy life.
I approach problems in a holistic way. As a Health Coach I believe that there are two types of nutriments. In the first group we have the world around us and our feelings. Here you can find among others creativity, relationship, home, pleasures, material goods, carrier, studies, health, physical activities, spirituality. If some of these are missing or suffer a loss, it can cause not also mental but even physical symptoms. In this case secondary nutriment, namely food is not the solution.
During the coaching process we reveal your problems and we find together the way leading to a healthier life. A way that can be easily included into your everyday life and your personal character. A way that’s comfortable and likable too. If needed, I don’t only converse with my customers but we also check and reassemble together their pantries and fridges. We make recipe plans and I give you tips on an efficient and healthy everyday cooking routine. I believe that true nutriment for your body and soul is the result of a joyful cooking! That’s the way I can be a partner in your renewal.

Previously I worked as a PR and marketing manager in Hungary and also abroad, in the public and the private sector too, for multinational non-profit companies, later I started my own business, a communication company. After my son was born, I wanted to change the reconsider my career, and since health was an issue that captured always my interest, I decided to look around in this area.
I found finally the world’s largest nutrition school, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, New York. I’m following a Health Coaching course, specialized in issues of the digestive tract. People tend to underrate the role of this system and think about it only in case of metabolic disorders. The reality is that it has much more important functions.
